2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address for account management and communication purposes.

2.2 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Instamojo, our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your credit card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank account details on our servers. Instamojo processes and stores your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.

2.3 Usage Data

We collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics to improve our Software, including session duration, feature usage frequency, and error reports. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

2.4 Meeting Data

We DO NOT store meeting audio, transcriptions, or AI-generated summaries on our servers. All audio processing and AI inference happen in real time through third-party APIs. Once a session ends, no meeting content is retained on our infrastructure.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Software
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
  • Respond to your comments and questions
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues

4. Data Storage and Security

  • All meeting audio is processed in real time through encrypted API calls and is never stored on our servers
  • AI-generated summaries are transmitted directly to your device and are not logged or stored by us
  • API keys (for Deepgram, Groq, etc.) are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers
  • We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication, and regular security audits
  • Account data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit
