By downloading, installing, or using Flowdesk (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Flowdesk (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Description of Service

Flowdesk is an AI-powered meeting productivity tool designed for the Windows operating system. The Software provides:

  • Real-time audio transcription using third-party speech-to-text services
  • AI-generated summaries, action items, and follow-up suggestions
  • A screen-share-invisible window overlay for displaying information
  • Session history and notes logging for review purposes

The Software is intended to be used as a meeting productivity and note-taking assistant to help users run clearer, more effective conversations.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Flowdesk, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any platform you use (including Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
  • The Software is intended for meeting productivity and documentation purposes
  • You take full responsibility for how you choose to use this Software
  • You will not use the Software for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
  • You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Software, including but not limited to source code, design, graphics, logos, and documentation, are owned by Flowdesk. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal use in accordance with these Terms.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

5.1 Payment

Payments are processed securely through Instamojo, a trusted Indian payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5.2 Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Software, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
  • We are not responsible for how users choose to use this Software
  • Users take full responsibility for their use of the product and any consequences arising therefrom
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Software to engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws
  • Share your account credentials with any third party
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Use the Software to harm, threaten, or harass any individual or organization
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software without explicit written permission
  • Use automated tools to interact with the Software beyond its intended functionality

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.
